In Memory of a Prevention and Support Hero

Pat Montoya was a giant of a man with a teddy bear's heart. As the founder of the national organization Not One More, Pat gave his all to educate about the harms of substance use, help those caught in the trap of addiction to get out, and support families grieving the loss of a loved one. Someone posted on his Facebook page, "Pat touched, changed and helped save countless lives in the work he did. He was the one person you could count on to take your call. The one person who could hear the desperation in your voice and say, “I’m guna help you.” And that he did. Always."

Pat was the kind of friend everyone wishes for, and one who has left a gaping hole in the hearts of his entire community. Read more about Pat's legacy herePlease keep his wife Debbie and their family in your thoughts. Donate to his family's fundraiser here.
