SafeLaunch $1000 Scholarship
The SafeLaunch Award recognizes graduating high school seniors in Santa Barbara County who have overcome adversity due to family substance use challenges and are committed to post-secondary education or job training. This scholarship supports SafeLaunch's mission to prevent addiction and promote healthy futures for teens.

Eligibility
- Graduates of a Santa Barbara County high school in the 2025-2026 school year
- Residents of Santa Barbara County, California
Application Requirements
- Complete the online application between March 1 and May 1, 2026.

- How substance use in your life or your home impacted you
- How have these experiences built your resilience, and who has helped you develop it?
- Your commitment to a drug free lifestyle
- Your post-secondary education plans
- What can schools do encourage and/or support drug free healthy lifestyles?
Award Details
- $1,000 award paid by check upon proof of high school graduation
