Janet Rowse has a well-defined passion to advocate for children and help them achieve growth, success and lifelong happiness. She and her husband raised two children in Santa Barbara, with Janet taking an active hand in public school education. She served on the board of directors for the Santa Barbara High School Education Foundation, and was a consistent voice on parent advisory committees in the Santa Barbara Unified School District for 14 years. Janet’s activism within the educational system has helped SafeLaunch develop some of our more successful instructional programs for parents and children.
